How ChaTodo chooses and writes articles

What our notebook contains, where the information comes from, and what our checks can and cannot tell you.

3 minute read

Published by ChaTodo

Sources first, summaries second

The notebook brings together research, institutional guidance and practical advice about ADHD and everyday organization. We link the original source so you can examine its context. A summary is not the original study, and publication here does not endorse a publisher or a treatment.

Research reporting should lead back to the original paper. Practical advice and opinion are labeled separately: a useful suggestion is not evidence that it treats ADHD.

AI assists the writing

AI helps search selected sources and prepare English and French drafts. The writing instructions require plain language, attribution and limitations, and prohibit invented statistics or treatment recommendations. Automated checks verify source accessibility and DOI metadata where available.

A working link or matching DOI does not establish the truth of every sentence or the quality of a study. Drafts pass through an admin publication workflow; we do not claim that every article has been reviewed by a clinician or subject specialist.

Dates and responsibility

The source date shown on an article is the original publication date, not a claim that ChaTodo published or medically reviewed it on that day. ChaTodo is responsible for the summary on this site. The linked source is responsible for its own reporting.

These pages are information, not personal medical advice. For questions about diagnosis or treatment, speak with a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Corrections are welcome

If you spot an inaccurate summary, missing context or a broken source link, use the support link below. Include the article URL, the passage and the original evidence so we can investigate.

A planning example is not a medical claim

Our guides show ways to capture a task, choose a first step and adjust a schedule in ChaTodo. They are examples to adapt, not proof that the app treats ADHD.

Check the context

Start with the key finding, read the limitations, and follow the original source when a detail matters to you.
